Crown Firefly Crown Fairy 2025

Waste of Money. I purchased a Crown Firefly Scotty in July, and after running only about 700 km, it has completely stopped working. The battery quality is much poorer than expected, and I submitted a warranty claim over 10 days ago, but still haven’t received any response from Crown Electric Mobility. Really disappointed with the product quality and after-sales service. I hope the company takes customer issues more seriously and provides a proper resolution soon.
