EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE UNIQUE MOTORCYCLE XTREME UD 70 AND SERVICE CENTER Unique Xtreme UD 70 2024

I regret to say that my experience with the UNIQUE Motorcycle has been highly disappointing, both in terms of the product and customer service: The seat is of extremely poor quality 1st Month front shocks Quality is very Bad. 1st Month Magnet seal leakage problem. The battery quality is extremely poor. The color of the magnet cover was damaged after just 1st wash. All the body parts began to rust within the first month. My experience with the customer care staff located at Saddar, Karachi was extremely disappointing. They displayed unprofessional behavior and poor manners. My warranty claim was rejected and when I asked for clarification, I was shown a warranty policy printed on a banner that differed significantly from the warranty policy outlined in the company’s official warranty book. Overall, the combination of a substandard product and inadequate customer service has left me very dissatisfied. I would not recommend the UNIQUE Motorcycle based on my experience
