Perfect Family Sedan Changan Alsvin 2025

As a user of both the Toyota Yaris 1.3 CVT ATIV and Changan Alsvin 1.3 MT, I strongly prefer the Alsvin. It offers better build quality, driving pleasure, design, features, and cabin space. Three adults can easily sit in the back, unlike the Yaris, where the center armrest limits space. The trunk is as spacious as in Yaris and City, and overall dimensions are nearly the same. Alsvin’s rearview camera with dynamic guidelines and parking sensors works great day and night—something missing in Yaris and City. Although I do like the Yaris for its comfortable seats, it does have several drawbacks—hard steering, ineffective side air vents, and a noisy suspension. In my opinion, the Manual Transmission (MT) variant of the Alsvin is the best choice. It has lower maintenance costs than the DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission) version, which tends to make jerky shifts. The manual version is smooth, reliable, and perfect for family use.
