Daihatsu Mira 7th Generation is a front engine front/four wheel drive kei car introduced in 2006. The Daihatsu Mira 7th Generation featured an updated design language and a slightly larger body compared to the previous model of Mira. Daihatsu Mira is available in 4 variants TL, TX, X and L, and mira custom. This Mira was also available in 2 body styles 2 door hatchback and 4 door hatchback. Production of the Daihatsu Mira had been ongoing for more than 10 years.

Daihatsu Mira 7th Generation exterior featured a very familiar design language to many other kei cars. The front end houses trapezium styled side swept headlights, a rectangular grille, and circular fog lights. The rear end houses long narrow vertical stacked taillights and a standard case hatchback. The 5-door hatchback features identical styling to the 3-door hatchback apart from being slightly longer to accommodate the rear doors. The overall exterior of the Mira 7th Generation featured a fairly unique design language that can differentiate itself from its rivals. 

Daihatsu Mira 7th Generation interior comprises of light grey plastic trim pieces. The front and rear seats are covered in black or beige fabric.
