The facelifted 7th Generation Honda Civic was introduced in 2004. Honda Civic is a front engine front wheel drive subcompact sedan. The car featured a series of cosmetic upgrades compared to the pre-facelift model on both the exterior and the interior while all other aspects remained the same. The facelifted 7th Generation Honda Civic was available in 3 variants EXi, VTi, and VTi Oriel. Production of the Honda Civic 7th Generation lasted for 3 years. The price of the Honda Civic 7th Generation was fairly competitive when compared to other models in the same class available in the local market. 

The facelifted 7th Generation Honda Civic retained the same design as the pre-facelift model, but the front fascia featured brand new double beam crystal headlights with the sharp, sleek headlights placed between a small trapezium styled grille that featured a new chrome trim piece above it. The front bumper has a large trapezium shaped air intake with dual inserts on each side of the bumper where the optional fog lights are placed. The rear end features angular trapezium styled taillights and a large outward sticking bumper. All variants of the Honda Civic feature identical styling in every aspect. The overall exterior of the 7th Generation Civic is proportioned and elegant. Features on the higher end variants include alloy wheels and fog lights. 

The interior of the 7th Generation Honda Civic features the use of light gray tone and beige colored plastic trim pieces throughout the interior. The front and rear seats are covered in fabric. Standard features on the EXi variant include options on the car include air conditioning, cup holders, power lock doors, power steering, power windows, a 4 speaker stereo speaker system and a tachometer. Features on the higher end VTi variant includes alloy wheels, ABS, Immobilizer, CD player, front fog lights and steering adjustment. Features on the VTi Oriel model include a sunroof. The overall cabin of the 7th Generation Honda Civic is spacious for a sedan of its exterior dimensions. It also offers a decent level of comfort and interior refinement.
