Honda CG 125 is a strong competitor for Yamaha YB 125Z as both of them share similar features. YB 125Z beats CG 125 when it comes to compression ratio and transmission but Honda is a more affordable bike and provides more value for money. It is lighter than YB 125Z and is easier to handle. It also has a better resale value than Yamaha. 

Suzuki GD 110S competes with YB 125Z due to its sleek design and sporty ride. Although it has a lesser fuel capacity, it beats YB 125Z when it comes to handling and riding through heavy traffic. It also has a better mileage than the YB 125Z which makes it a more suitable option for daily commute. 

Available at a much lower price, the United 125 deluxe sport edition has almost the same features as that of the YB 125Z. It is still not a strong competitor for the YB 125Z due to its low resale value.
